Water backpack

Can anyone recommend a waterproof backpack approx 30 litre capacity? Not too expensive max £30

Look at backpacks for people who commute by bicycle. However I don't think you'll find anything in that category for £30.

Alternatively get a normal backpack and put the books inside a plastic bag before placing in the rucksack.

Somewhere like Decathlon or Mountain Warehouse?

Or a waterproof cover for a regular backpack?
