Secondary school place and moving

Hi, stressed newbie here!

My 11 year old starts secondary school this September. In March he was allocated a place at our first choice school. Then last month our Landlord gave us a section 21 :( We're finding it extremely hard to find a home within the catchment area. Is his place safe even if we move? We neither planned or wanted this.

Yes.

Your place can only be taken if the admissions authority suspect address fraud (where the address you applied from was an address of convenience, not your child's permanent place of residence)

A genuine move is fine.

Thanks. I really want to stay within catchment, but our notice is fast running out and there's nothing!
