Higher tier only according to their spec. But keep bumping because the maths teachers will be at home later and will just know.

That document says it is on the foundation paper. We teach the OCR spec and simultaneous equations is on the foundation with them. I would assume if your daughter has been taught it then she will get tested on it.

I teach AQA but we also use the Edexcel papers for practice.

Simultaneous equations are definitely on the foundation syllabus.

Currently having a revision session with dad. Think things have got on top of her today, she's lost half a stone since starting exams and has got herself into a right state.

Aaah I read the Higher tier only as a sub-heading and everything below it as higher, which is why I linked to the document because I find them very confusing.
No wonder the pass mark is so low now if that's all foundation! Good luck to your DD.
