Waldegrave 6th form admissions policy - changing for 2020 or not?

I read on here a few months ago that Waldegrave had been ordered to change their 6th form admissions policy so they could no longer prioritise any places for boys. Does anyone know if they have made the changes? They haven't published the 2020 policy yet, but they would have had to have a consultation by now if they were changing it, wouldn't they? There are some mums of boys who are keen to know what's happening! They can't just ignore the judgement can they?

I managed to find the judgement at <a class="break-all" href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/744749/ADA3367_Waldegrave_School_Richmond_Upon_Thames_Council_27_September_2018.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/744749/ADA3367_Waldegrave_School_Richmond_Upon_Thames_Council_27_September_2018.pdf.

It says they need to publish a better description of their year 7 admissions areas and also that prioritising boys in their sixth form isn't allowed so they have to change that bit. But it would need consultation wouldn't it? They got a knuckle-rap for the last consultation being under the radar so maybe they have had another one but I missed it?

I've found the 2020 policy online now and they have dropped the boys priority: www.waldegrave.richmond.sch.uk/221/applications-2020

Maybe they didn't need to consult because the adjudicator told them to make the change.

I heard longer term they will go mixed from year 7. God I hope not

Their new Head is from a girls' school so I can't see that happening any time soon. They're an academy, so even if the council would like them to be mixed, they have no influence.
