Sherborne School - day boy question?

Hi mums - anyone know anything about the day boy situation at Sherborne? We are planning on moving locally and want our boys to be day boys. Sherborne promotes as a full-boarding school, with some day pupils, so not sure if this is idea. Thoughts would be welcome. Thanks!

They might feel a little left out but the tutors and pastoral staff are fantastic. Just be ready for a very, very busy and long day.

I think quite a few from the prep are going to be day pupils but I heard pick up is 9pm which is a long day which put us off.

I am a Sherborne Prep mum with friends at Sherborne. I know that day boys can be collected from 5pm unless they have an after-school commitment. Many choose to stay for supper and prep, but many don’t.
