Changing schools

I accepted a school but have now decided to swap to one not originally on our list but which still has places. Does anyone know if I do this through school directly or through the council admissions team, or both... ?

Yes, am going for H. Even if we don't get music scholarship, it seems to be more a stimulating environment than RH. Hope I am not wrong....
