I've never been interested in getting a tutor for my DS in the past, but now he's in Y10 I'm thinking of getting him one for physics because it is the one subject that he doesn't have a specialist teacher for (and it shows). Trouble is, if I google physics tutors for my local area I get reams of tutor agencies coming up and have no idea which are reputable, or whether I need to go via an agency at all. How do I go about filtering the wheat from the chaff?
