How many maths lessons

Just wondering how many maths lessons a week a yr 10 student should expect to have.
Someone said it should be 3 hours per week, is this correct?

6 hrs per fortnight sounds about right, I've just checked, I'm sure we were told at y9 options, but I can't find the info.

We have, I think, 5hrs / fortnight for the 4 option GCSEs = 20hrs
Then something like 2hrs PE, 2hrs RE (y10 only), 4hrs ICT

Then the remaining 22hrs for Maths, English, Science. Science probably gets 10, so 6 and 6 for Maths & English sounds about right.

But it is of course up to individual schools how they choose to allocate time.

Usual is 6-8 hours per fortnight, from a poll on twitter.

We had 3 lessons a week up till last year, but this year we've changed it so maths gets 4 lessons a week.

Mine has 5hours a fortnight. What about Alevel? Only 4 hours/week if you only do 3 Alevels. Seems low to me??
