Who is that wonderful inspiring lady on 'The One Show'

Unusually we have finished dinner early and I'm watching the one show. Amazing lady taking about her restaurant , does anyone know who she is? She is such a breath of fresh air . Thanks

Usma Khan ! She owns the wonderful Darjeeling restaurant in covent garden.

Is it Asma Khan? I didn't see the show but I was just reading an article that she'll be on Netflix's Chef's Table soon.

I had never heard of her before and her name was not on the info. She was so inspirational and would love to get a chance to go to her restaurant.

She was amazing. DH said it’s a pity they don’t have her on all the time and do away with all the other guests!
