I know there are some previous threads but can't see a recent one, so I wondered if anyone had any experience of their child being on a waiting list for a private school. After waiting about a month on the decision, I opened the letter, only to be faced with another wait. Am I best to just assume my DD is not getting in and make other plans (I only applied for one school)? Or what are the chances? I realise no one can say really because it all depends on how many ppl accept their places, and where she is on the list!
