1st March - do they email, or do I just log in to find out?

Getting a bit nervous now about finding out if my daughter gets a place at our first choice high school. Council website just says 'placements will be made available during the day'. I need more than that! Are we talking just after midnight (might be automated), sometime in the morning or any time they fancy? Do they email to let you know, or is it case of constantly logging in until it shows?

Depends I think. Some only email at 5pm iirc from previous threads.

If you were willing to post your LA someone might know.

It’s different everywhere. I remember from reading threads in previous years.

It will say on the Council website, we could log in at midnight and get the result. I can't remember if I got an email tbh, I did get a written letter because we didn't get our first choice and they have to give the reasons for that.
