Does anyone have a first- hand experience of Kensington Park School in Bark place?

DC was offered a place and the deadline for offer acceptance is end Jan, before results from other schools are known.

The HM and teachers were all nice and kind. The building is small, all sports facilities are rented, but fees are 24K per year, on par with st Paul’s which is much better equipped. Set up by Chinese investors.

I would be really interested in any views on this school. They have recruited an impressive set of staff but don't seem to have yet a good number of students or a following of any sort. They also appear to be privately owned (which is not a positive thing for me).

They had the first round of exams in December and will do another one in March

Bumping this thread - would be interested to hear any views on the school? DD is a few years off but the location for the junior school would suit us very well...

Looking for a school in Kensington for our DS. KPS is well located for us. Does anyone have any insight into this school?

@Sw5parent
No experience with KPS - but you can also look at Eaton Square School in Mayfair, Knightsbridge School, Fulham School, Maida Vale School

So we enquired at this school early September for a place starting asap. My son who is in year 9 had bullying issues in his school and we decided to move him. He has ADHD but does well at school. Called admissions and we got told there was one place in year 9 but we had to move quickly. Filled up application paid £250 registration. My husband and eye literally moved in a matter of hours to make sure we could secure the spot, we liked the location and the small classes. As soon as they saw his ADHD report they refused him an entry assessment/interview. The reason given "we cannot offer a provision for him" He only needs 25 mins extra exam time. One month after we are still waiting for a refund of the registration fees which we were promised we would receive. Goes without saying we have reported the school to ISI and DoE. The staff is rude to say the very least. Have followed up with accounts ref our fee refund they point blank said they refun only on certain times of the month!! We're still waiting. We will share our story on all possible platforms. We are disgusted with the way our application was handled. Yes to St Paul, by all means, don't bother with this one!
