When to expect a call back?

I’ve left a message with the HoY requesting a call after my ds was filmed in class without his knowledge and then it uploaded to snapchat with the caption ‘gay boy’ by another child. (As well as other issues there have been with her)
How long would you expect it to be before the HoY calls you back?
He was really anxious about going in this morning.

I'd expect a call-back during the next working day, but as HoY will be a teacher, probably not until lunchtime.

Have you sent an email with the issue, or just asked them to phone you?

e.g.
message: 'please call Lavendar' - doesn't sound massively urgent
message: 'please call Lavendar re homophobic bullying incident' - much more urgent

email outlining what has happened from your understanding concluding with request to phone you: maybe HoY will try to investigate first, but should still call you by the end of the day.
