pre tests preparation? When should we start?

Hi all

DS is taking his pre tests in November of next year - he is my eldest and I want to know when I should start preparing him for the exams?

What would you all reccomend? Are there any books you have used that you would recommend?

I work in a prep school and we start ramping it up in terms of specific extra for the pupils from Easter of Yr 5, basically once the bulk of the pre-tests are over for year 6.

Don’t forget the ISEB test, generally taken in November is just a screening test before the actual tests later in the year!
