Does anybody know of Sixth Form Colleges that offer German A Levels.
I know of

  • Bishop Thomas Grant - Streatham
  • Oratory - Fulham
  • Kingsdale - Dulwich
  • Grey Coat Hospital - Westminster

Any other ones? We are based in Brixton.

Newstead Wood do German A Level, direct train route from Brixton to Orpington. I am sure there must be a good number of schools that offer it.

I was just coming on to say Sydenham and Forest Hill too - they're good on languages.

Harris Westminster.

Westminster schools, ie Pimlico. Harris Westminster, Greycoats etc, operate in a consortium, so teaching for rarer subjects may happen at different schools.

Harris might be first pick, firstly because it is sixth form only, and possibly more selective, but also because of its partnership with Westminster School which has a very strong German department. Note though, I think it has Saturday morning lessons.

Have you contacted the Goethe Institut about this? They must know.
