St George’s Ascot, St Swithuns, Downe House

Anyone have personal knowledge of these schools? Considering for daughter currently in year 4. Thanks

On a personal level (not through media or mn) I have only ever heard wonderful things about DH. Parents v happy with pastoral care, students happy with large extra curricular offer. It's very much full boarding even though many girls live v near bye. Everyone seems to love the headmistress. I wouldn't personally consider it as it's too expensive for us and I would find the location a bit dull. But know dozens of families whose dc are there and all v happy.
