Problems with homework app

Does anyone else have problems with the app? I can't do anything. I have to keep logging into it as a web site ratger than use the app.

Thought this was supposed to make it easier? But it's a right faff to have to log out as parent then dd log in and tick it all off as you cant do that on the parent dashboard.

And ok now I can't even log in on desktop site and it's being really slow and useless on iPad..

Is this Show My Homework, by any chance? If so, it's bloody hopeless. The whole system was down completely for two weeks at one point last year and DS had multiple issues with it ever since. School just shrug and say write down the homework you need to do instead.
