We're a tiny minority, so I wondered whether it was worth us having a thread.

DC1 is now year 13 so it's all finishing IAs and prep for May.

DS is in Yr 11 and IB is a serious consideration at this time. We don't have to decide until next year but will be following this thread to hear others experiences.

IB is so different from A levels but it's so rewarding if it's right for the student. Workload is v high, but DC1 comes home buzzing to discuss what they've done that day.

And no one tells you that they do exams in May with results early July. Uni places sorted waaaaay before the As come out!
