how stereotypes, in particular stereotypes based on sex, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or disability, can cause damage

This is a statement of what students should be taught, published in the govt draft PSHE curriculum consultation document

and yet in other parts of the document goes on about accepting "gender identity" and young people coming to terms with their "gender identity" and apparently sees no contradiction in teaching that gender stereotypes are harmful, and that children can chose a "gender identity"
