As the Tiffin deadline looms, is there a girls SW London grammars / indies thread yet?

I just realised that I need to get the Tiffin Girls form in ASAP, and wondered if anyone else is in the same position? I could do with company in this process!

We’re not yet decided but probably applying to Tiffin, WHS, SPGS, Sutton High and maybe one of PHS / Emanuel / KGS.

In danger of repeating myself but nothing today either.
Maybe tomorrow?

Not here either.. I originally took "by the first week of Feb" to mean it could be up to the end of next week.. so I'm trying to relax but it's so hard. DD not even mentioning it

Not much help but if you look on the SHS school calendar there is an open event at 9.15am on 7th Feb, I'm sure this is an open day for offers so they must be posting today at latest.

That seems a bit quick after sending offers, surely?

Argh, I was honestly told they were being sent on Tuesday. Maybe I misunderstood and it was NEXT Tuesday....got my own hopes up for nothing!

Thinking back to last year for SHS- when we got the offer letter we got the invite to an offer holders open morning and there were at least 4 dates. I remember thinking that a couple were really soon- definitely before half term. We went to one a few weeks later.

Email received from Surbiton confirming letters have been posted “this evening”!

I saw that SHS email and jumped! I hope they've gone in today's post early enough for tomorrow - fingers crossed!

Hope they caught the last post and it doesn’t get delayed by any snow! E-mail also says allow for post to arrive until Wednesday before ringing admissions with any queries.

I would have happily collected my letter and saved them a stamp 😂.

i got that email and thought oh thank god she has got in somewhere then i realised it actually said 'we are delighted to tell you we have posted the letter'
