DS needs some for school PE, no interest in either sport. He has outgrown last years pair, but had issues with them falling off as well, and absolutely hates the thick sock in narrow shoe combination, complains that they squash his toes at the sides. Are there brands that have more room at the toes or is this how they are meant to fit? He doesn't get anywhere near the ball so just looking for something cheap that fits. Any suggestions?

Adidas are wider fitting than Nike you can get them in Sports Direct for £20

Thanks. I just got Sondico last year but will get him to try Adidas. He hates trying them on so I need to have a good idea of what to get first!

Nike are very narrow fitting. Ds got on well with Adidas and Asics.

Decathlon also do reasonably priced boots, which iirc weren't narrow.

He doesn't actually have wide feet, but his big toe is the longest and sticks out wider than the foot below the toe. I will try Adidas as I have a Sportsdirect voucher. Luckily he only has to wear them when they play football or rugby in PE, but I do need something he doesn't feel like throwing across the room Sad.
