Bucks waiting lists

Is anyone else still waiting for the email that was scheduled today?

According to time line on BCC website offers from 6th round and waiting list positions were meant to be received today.

Can’t help (but am in Bucks) - fingers crossed for you! Where are you waiting for? I know a number of schools (GMS, SWBGS) haven’t offered all of catchment yet or for last few years.

I am just very keen to learn the waiting list positions more than anything.
Preferably before I start my uniform ordering of completely non transferable items Not expecting miracles however it would be nice to know.

Did you hear anything? I still have a passing interest in the Bucks system as although we got a place in the second round when the radius increased by about 100 yards, I think I have a bit of survivor's guilt Good luck!!

Yeah they eventually arrived in the evening which i was not expecting. Thought they had forgotten about us.

Still dismal positions but nice to know

I think they like to find the most sadistic way they can. I'm still baffled by the whole "We'll email you if you DON'T have a place otherwise we'll post a letter that day" methodology, leaving people in suspense or wondering about missing emails for up to 24 hours.

When we were offered our place, they emailed anyway, just to make sure I still had a heart attack when I saw an email from them.

It is nice to know, as you say! I bet a lot of people will start dropping out now that inductions etc are happening.

They have also removed the ability to call everything is done by a "contact us" form

So now I'm worried that as I've had to contact them they will just remove her from the list despite it not being the reason for my email.

I have to wait up to 10 days to get a response if they deem it necessary to respond .

Why can't you just phone

Yeah, the turnaround on that form can feel like forever. I'd hope by this point they'd be getting a lot fewer enquiries though. So they should open up the phones again!

Precisely why I'd rather speak to someone. That way I'd not have had to give my Dds details or even mine. And I wouldn't have to worry
