Not in Cambridge but Ipswich School has a very good Russian department (last 3 year average Russian - % A*- B = 100%) and links with Russia

Parkside offers Russian as part of the IB. The teacher is Russian. Higher level is comparable to A level.

DC1 is doing it at Standard level as an ab initio language and I'm really impressed with how fast the progress is.
