Maths GCSE coaching - how much?

I think DS may need a little extra help with his GCSE Maths and thinking of looking for someone to give him some coaching during the holidays. Just wondered how much people pay for this, on average?
Thanks

My year 11 DD receives one hour per week tuition from a highly recommended maths tutor who charges £27ph.

Others in the local area (Norfolk) charge between £25-£30ph.

Using the mytutor website, it costs between 18-24 pounds per hour, depending on your chosen tutor.

It is a great website and convenient for scheduling.

Starting one next week £15 per hour. He's a year 12 student who got a 9at GCSE last year.

I'm a maths tutor. I charge £25/h at the moment in Wiltshire.Last year I was in a cheaper area (Cornwall) and I only charged £20.

I would ask for recommendations from the school or other parents in your area. Someone will be bound to know someone they were happy with.

South East - £40-£50 per hour for qualified teacher. Maths tutors are in high demand around here.
