I'm still struggling to work out how this works - can someone explain?
My understanding is that you are appealing FOR your chosen school, not saying the allocated school is inappropriate. But isn't there always an implied A is better than B? So for eg, I don't necessarily think that the school we want is AMAZING at science, but it's head and shoulders above the one we've been allocated. And the school we want does 2 yr KS4 (which is really important to us), but that's surely only a relevant point because our allocated school does not...
How do I present all this? And is what I submit tomorrow binding - can I finesse/add extra grounds for appeal nearer the time?
