Just wanting some help on what rewards your DCs in high school find motivating?

I’m updating our rewards policy sonwould love any advice on this. Budget is very limited though so cost effective ideas would be great.

Thank you!

Our secondary has "praise point" system.
They get up to 2 points per week for planner signed/correct uniform and having pen/pencil.
They can get bulk points (I think up to 20) for doing something like helping on parents' evening, being in a concert, attending a club all term.
Each teacher has a target of 5 praise points to give out per lesson, at least 3 of which should go to children who are getting on and generally doing the right things.

They then can use the points to trade in for various things. Mine usually trade them in for Amazon vouchers.
But they have a set of things that the children have suggested such as a "front of line pass for the canteen for one day" or "choose a teacher to have lunch with" (yes, that was suggested by the pupils) or "leave first at the end of one day" type rewards.

DD's school gives credits for good work, being helpful, trying hard etc.
They have a reward system at every 50 achieved.

Lower down it is praise postcards home. Higher up it is queue busting passes for you and a friend for a day or 2.
When they get to 200 you get a badge to wear presented by the headmaster.
So all very low cost.
