I'm having an issue with my son's tutor not giving out messages in tutor time. I've just found out he's going to be late tomorrow and will miss the school bus.
I've sent an email asking for future messages to be passed on. She's simply replied forwarding the email sent to staff. It contains the name and tutor group of every child attending the training. Isn't that a breach of some sort of data protection or not?
