Hi everyone I am looking for some local knowledge about the reality of what Bramhall High School is really like nowadays? We are thinking of moving to Cheadle Hulme as my partner is from there and we’ve found a lovely house but it looks unlikely that my eldest son who is currently in year 7 at another school would be able to get a place there at the local school Cheadle Hulme High School as it is so over subscribed. The LA say that the only nearby place is at Bramhall High School. The Ofsted report is poor but I know there was a new head appointed recently and also I don’t fully buy into Ofsted ratings. I’ve rang the schools but they can’t provide any info as all through the LA. My son is currently quite academic and hard working so I really want him to be stay on track. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated!!
