Reaching out to Godolphin parents- new and old!

Hi all. My DD will be going into Godolphin&Latymer this year. She's the only one from her school so wanted to reach out to see if there's anyone nearby that's also going. We live in Richmond/East Sheen boundaries.

My daughter is the only one going from her primary school though we are in W9 so not near. Registrar reassured me that they are not alone. Many girls will be the only one coming from their primary.

W9 to SW14... Just under half an hour by car, just under an hour by public transport! Eminently do-able.

Hi there.... DD is at G&L, currently y8. Around June-time, they invite all the new girls in for the afternoon/evening to be put into their forms and meet the other girls in their form. Meanwhile, the parents are invited for drinks in the evening and you are advised which girls in their form are closest to them in terms of travelling in together. So that will hopefully be helpful for you.

DD was the only girl from her state primary and was worried that all the other girls would know each other, but they very carefully divided them between the different forms and it has not mattered at all where they went to school or who they knew beforehand.
