My son is a gentle soul, likes science and music but has some challenges - dyslexia/dyspraxia. He is not at all "laddish" and actively avoids ball sports A friend has recommended this school - any views?

FWIW, it was recommended for a friend's DS who is clever, gentle and a committed sport-avoider. They really liked the school and its staff when they looked around and suggested I consider it for my dyslexic DS, tho we didn't in the end. Sorry if that's not much use and hope someone more informed comes along soon, OP!

Leighton Park is really strong on music and the arts, and also sciences and tech stuff. If they don;t like sport, they don;t have to do all the extra stuff unless they want to. My daughter and son did really well there, both quiet but thrived in nurturing atmosphere
