Can anybody recommend some really good C,B and P science text books for us to supplement CPG at home

Any recommendations?

It depends which exam board. I bought DS2 the OUP ones (for AQA) and he is happy with them.

For combined science you can use these books (the topics not included in the combined science course are in italics in the contents) but they have also published special combined science editions which only have the topics needed.

There will be exam board-specific textbooks for all subjects, so I have just bought the most 'official' looking books for each subject. Think dd's science books are the ones TheSecond has shown above.
