Please help! having written the 11plus exams, I am confused about selecting a place in these schools. Any recommendations? I live in Coventry so I have to be careful about my selection.

I do not really know about both schools and I have to consider transportation.

Sheriff every time

Better reputation, pure grammar school

I went to rugby high so probably biased but I would say from the people I know from childhood, those that went to sheriff generally did better in adulthood

The Head at LS gets narked if you ask probing questions as to why A Level results are not in keeping with other grammar schools. ashlwan sounds good. But, I have heard is it's possible for a weak student in the grammar stream to be replaced by a top student in the non grammar stream. Safe bet is therefore LS.
