I'm very new to looking at independent schools as my eldest is currently in yr8 at his local state school.
It is becoming obvious that the school isn't suited to him although we've explored various avenues and options.
He has a couple of interviews for state boarding schools but I'm also interested in any personal recommendations in the areas above for boarding or if anyone has any views or opinions on local-ish day schools.
PGS, St John's in Portsmouth or Meoncross have all been mentioned but any others you know of would be a good starting point too!
