My child has been sick today, and had the day off. We don't know why she was sick so usually the school tell us to keep them off for 48 hours. However, she feels fine now and has been eating food, do I still keep her off for another day or can she go back?

I'd keep her off today too. She might feel better and be eating but the bug could still be active (if it was a bug!) Other kids may not bounce back so quick if they fall ill with it.
