Therapeutic boarding school recommendations

My relationship with many 13 year old son has broken down. I can't take any more of his violent outbursts. Can anyone recommend a private boarding school for children with behavioural problems.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties with your son. Flowers Teens can be a nightmare.
If your son is experiencing behavioral problems I think you should try to get professional advice to identify what they are and where the root causes lie. That will help you decide on the best way forward.
Boarding schools in UK are not the place for young people with behavioral problems.

We have had a lot of help and counselling. The boarding school is for me to ensure he is fed and housed and that I and the rest of the family are safe.

What is his diagnosis OP? Surely that will be the guiding factor.

Hi there
Just seen your thread on Mums net and wondered if you found a school. My life with my 13 year old sounds very similar to yours back in 2017. Really hope things have improved.

Hi, just came across this thread and wondered if there is any update.
We are in a similar situation with our 15 year old son & really don't know what to do
