Sociology AQA grade boundaries...can anybody advise?

Was looking at my daughters marks for her two Sociology papers today. She got 80 for paper one (is this a percentage or raw score?) and was graded A and 74 for paper 2 and was graded B. That is all the info I have, apart from her final grade being B. I just can't work out how this was achieved if I look at the grade boundaries provided by AQA, which are as follows. Can anybody tell me how her overall B was worked out?

80 UMS is just an A (79 would be a B), 74 is a B - grade boundaries are in 10s (so 70-79 is B, 60-69 C etc). Assuming both papers equally weighted then average UMS is 77 so mid-high B.

Grade boundaries published are raw marks, not the UMS.

Ah, that makes sense. Thank you for taking the time to explain.

If you go to www.aqa.org.uk
Click on grade boundaries, then scroll down and look for the ums grade boundaries download.
This will help.
