Hi my son (just turned 10 and Goh g into year 6) is midly dyslexic - lthough cery bright and great st sports. We have also spent the last 3 years abroad in a bilingual school. On top of that he is August born. The result of this means he is going to struggle with any admission test, however the local comp has a really bad reputation. I'd like Colfes but I'm not sure he would past the test. Can anyone recommend any other schools that might be suitable?

Have a look at Farringtons. It is a lovely school, quite small, improving academically and with excellent sports facilities.

Might be a bit out of your way but sackville in hildenborough is good with dyslexia and is a mixed ability very small school with good results.
