Hi, I don't do very much on Parent Pay (prob due to the fact that Government school spending has been zilch in recent years hence nothing to pay for) so I need some advice please. I have a fairly large sum of money there in my credit balance that I added for a school trip which was subsequently cancelled. The school led parents to believe it would be rebooked so I have left it in my basket. It now does not look like it will ever be rebooked so I want to remove it. I asked the school but they just said to contact the help section of PP website. However, cynical old me thinks it may take a while to get a reply (if at all) so wondered if anyone else knows?
