Does Winchester College provide details of candidates' ranking in entrance exam?

At least for the top few candidates they do, as our prep got to do a boast on this basis just recently: www.cargilfield.com/winchester-entrance-success-3/

Don't know whether all candidates' rankings are passed on, though.

I seem to recall your prep school is sent a list of all the boys names, the results ranked highest to lowest, our head called my DH and simply told him that our DS was in the "top 25" but no actual placing, although I don't think he bothered to ask.

DS prep school has two boys sat the Winchester entrance exam, ranked 1st and 4th. Reckon WC does inform school heads about the ranking if prompted.
