Hi all,
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
Was wondering if anyone has any experience of the Learning Support/Senco at Worth School, Sussex or the one at Canford, Dorset?
I know Worth has had a re-shuffle and they've brought in a new Senco but I'm not sure how good the department is in terms of offering ad hoc support to bright dyslexics who may just need an open-door policy to help with specifics like organisation or revision techniques rather than weekly lessons.
Does anyone know how effective they are in filtering information to the teachers on how specific pupils learn?
And do all these private schools give most of the pupils revision technique/exam technique training anyway?
Sorry if these are stupid questions. It's a long time ago since I was at school and we just used Letts notes! (Remarkably effective btw :)
