Blackheath high school

Hi all

Anyone have any information on Blackheath high school? The senior side? DD is very sporty and average academically, but wanted a very nurturing school for her.
Any information would be great!

Very motivated children. Very hard working.

Great school. The head is fantastic and there are so many opportunities for the girls. Plenty of sport on offer as they are part of the Girls Day School Trust so there are lots of tournaments.

surprised the fees for blackheath high seniors .. i thought GDST were quite alot cheaper than other public schools but not too much difference

I went there 2001 until 2008 and loved it. I was very sporty and they supported that. We did: Cross country, athletics, rounders, dance, tennis, football, netball and hockey. They might do more now, not sure. All the teachers were very supportive. I went back last year to give a talk for their sixth form open day and quite a few of my teachers were still there. I'm proud to have gone to that school (you can probably tell lol)
