Top secondary school, but less than five percent of year 11's

want to do anything MFL related at university. I find this truly shocking. They all want to go into STEM which is great, but why is there such a reluctance to do languages?

I also think a lot of schools fail to realise that the grades required for a degree which includes an MFL may be lower. This can be helpful - universities need MFL students.
