Hampton or RGS?

Just in that stage about making the decision between RGS and Hampton. Although RGS had been academically higher for Oxbridge, I think in the recent past Hampton has thrived at this. Also this year the 11+ had been quite difficult and I personally know boys who got into RGS but had not got through Hampton. Any thoughts?

where do you live? Where do you want to drive to for sports matches? Where do you want his friends to live? How far do you want to drive at night to go to parents evenings/meetings/concerts? They are both good schools. At the end of the day do never know what the cohort is like until they have been there a while and it is his happiness which will help him achieve more than the difference between those two schools.

Our main criteria's are academic and discipline. I suppose both are equally good and the same.
