Looking for a Maths Tutor in West Cornwall

I am trying to find a tutor for my son in year 10 who is really struggling with Maths. We live in West Cornwall and I can't seem to find anyone.. I wondered if anyone had any ideas.

Would you/he be prepared to try online tuition via Skype? If so, I could recommend a number of excellent online maths tutors, but none local to you for face-to-face tuition.
