Does the Progress 8 range that a school is in tell you what ofsted grade it will get?

Just wondered about this. Assuming there are no other issues like safeguarding problems etc.
So would being in the average or above range = good, being below or well below = requires improvement?

I think it is below -0.5 that triggers an automatic inspection and suspect you would need some tough arguments to justify getting more than a 3.
