Where to look online for A Level tutors

Hi - my DH is thinking of setting up as an A level tutor, in addition to his normal teaching job, probably offering skype lessons plus online support. I just wondered if anyone had experience looking for tutors online, and if they'd recommend any sites we might advertise on? He's an experienced, qualified teacher and lots of the online agencies seem a bit dodgy! Thank you!

You might like to look at My Tutor. But you may well be disappointed with the pay scales; one of the tutors we used resigned from the site on pay issues. Generally, the tutors are undergraduate/postgrad students tutoring in their own subjects, or from their A level experience.

DD had a maths tutor for GCSE, and I'm not really convinced that online or Skype would have worked for her.

We found several excellent tutors for a level via first tutors
