If you had/have a struggling year 7 DC what does your school do to help? Have they offered or did you have to ask? I've contacted my DDs form teacher as she's been really upset going in and in the evenings... The teacher offered a buddy to stay with her at breaks and lunch, but didn't really come up with anything else...
