CATS College Cambridge vs Shrewsbury School vs Queen Margaret's School

Looking for a full boarding school for my DS to start year 10 in. These are the 3 schools we picked out. Just wanted to get some opinions on these schools.

Is it strong in academics? Is the pastoral care strong? What is the accommodation like? What are the facilities like?
Also, we are from overseas so I'm wondering if you can take the entrance exam in your own school?

CATS is only a year or so old and is not in the centre of Cambridge despite its High Street address. You may be better off at looking at either The Leys, Cambridge or King's Ely.

Thanks HerelAm20 but Im looking for 13-18 boarding schools so not sure about the 3 schools you mentioned.
I'm actually thinking that King's School Canterbury would be a good place to look at.
