St James School vs Francis Holland SW1

I'm posting for a friend who is in a right old tizz. Her DD had been offered places at St James and Francis Holland SW1 - one off the waitlist hence last minute decision. She is totally torn now. St James is closer and they seem to get similar results. Anyone got any views which could help her?

If St James is closer, I would go with that. It has far larger premises and more out door space which is a plus.

I'm not sure its true that FHSW1 gets similar results to St James i.e. I think St James generally gets better results and is more like FHNW1 . For example this year A levels results at FHSW1 were about 43% A*/A whereas at St James they were around 63%. I have known some particularly nice girls from St James all of whom enjoyed it and got excellent A levels (and whose families had nothing to do with the SES !).
