Daughter 13 wants to go on school trip to Paris during UEFA 2016

We are nervous after reading foreign office advice. Are we being unfair/silly/over protective OR logical? Any words of advice?

I would talk to the school. Actually I am surprised they haven't held a meeting with parents to discuss their preliminary special arrangements. Then I'd expect another one closer, to discuss details. This is what has happened with trips I know from local schools to Paris.

Do you mean the Euro Championships in September? (IIRC?) I'd hang fire and see what the school has to say along with how things pan out globally.

Thank you both :) We have to submit our entry for her to go for tomorrows deadline and there will be a draw. Ideally we would say yes but her name would not be drawn :)
